The letters, 1897-1924, discuss the work of the Guild of Graduates of the University of Wales, especially its Literature Section, the publication of Gweithiau Morgan Llwyd o Wynedd, and the work of re-printing the Welsh classics by the Guild. There are also references to the internal politics of the University of Wales and the colleges at Aberystwyth and Bangor and to other appointments in which Sir John Edward Lloyd had an interest.
