The series consists of election addresses and leaflets circulated by Liberal candidates in Welsh constituencies in parliamentary general and by-elections, 1837-1983, intermingled with other pamphlet publications published by the Liberal Party in Wales; election addresses and leaflets circulated by Liberal candidates in Welsh constituencies in local elections, 1893-1991; miscellaneous publications deriving from the activities of local Liberal Associations in Wales, 1880-1938; and publications, 1869-1912, concerning the activities of the North Wales Liberal Federation and the South Wales Liberal Federation.
