They include the purchase by Thomas Lewis of a messuage in Dyffryn Honddu, 1567; the sale by Sir Roger Vaughan of Talgarth, of the manor of Trewallter Goch to William Watkins, 1566; the pre-nuptial settlement of Lewis John Edmond of Llan-gors and Katherine vch John William Thomas Lewes of Llanbedr, 1587; a purchase by Tobyas Lewes in Llanfihangel Nant Bran, 1587; the pre-nuptial settlement of Richard ap John of Llywel and Jane vch Edward David of Battle, 1599; purchases by Lodowick Lewis of a corn mill in Llan-gors and Priory land called Black Meadow in Brecon, from Sir Henry Williams, 1613-1614; a sale in Llanfihangel Nant Bran by Sir William Lewys of Westbury, Hampshire, 1637; leases and agreements by John Lewis of Hurst, Berkshire, 1704-1708, and by Walter Pryse and Elizabeth, his wife, 1726-1744, of Llan-gors House and mill, The Lodge, Tir Trevinon in Llangasty Tal-y-llyn, leased to Vincent Edwards of Hurst, 1732/3, Trewallter with Trewallter mill, 1735-1737, etc..
