The deeds record the purchase of Tythyn y Darren and Nant y Bwla by Richard ap Res ap D'd Lloid, 1541; and the acquisition by John Pryse of Gogerddan, of Melin Rhewel, Y Gilvaghe Wen, Mynydd Gorthyn, Nant y Twrch, Llain yr Odyn, Tythyn Aber y Ddwy Avon, 1564-1573. Other deeds record transactions of Ieuan Bedo ap Gr' ap Res, 1548, and Ieuan ap Ieuan ap Bedo the younger, 1559/60; Thomas ap D'd ap Ll'n Lloid of Llandysul, 1560-1576, Gruffith ap Ieuan ap Jenkin, 1563-1571, Phillip Williams of Aberystwyth and Elen Lewes his wife, 1568/9, Richard Phillipps of Aberystwyth, 1573, Maurice ap Rees ap David Goch, 1573-1574, Morgan ap Ieuan Lloyd, 1576, and numerous others. The properties include Tythin y Bryngwyn, Tythyn Lletty D'd, Tythyn Trevegoed, Tythyn Bron Heilyn, Y Brynney Cochion, Hanner Neyath Ll'n Goch ap Owen, Ryd ye Penne (Rhydypennau), Melin y Koed, Y Parke Newythe and Y Meyssyth Kochion, Y Ty Newydd at Blaen Kyninog, Havod Yr Egmin, Tythyn Byarth y Vywch, Tyddyn Yronen, Tir Llety'r Kroynllwm and Tir Bryn yr Haidd. The file also contains the pre-nuptial settlement of Gruffith ap Ieuan and Dythgy vch Owen, 1556, and a subsequent bond mentioning Tir Ryw Diabod, 1572/3.
