The subsequent files contain deeds relating to Ty yn y Ddole, Llain Galed and Tuy yn y Berth, 1546-1597; Llannerch Goch, 1546-1671; Penryn Madog and [part of] Parke Newydd in Llannerch Goch, 1557-1597; Gwyddynys, 1562-1659; Lodge Park or Parke Bodvage and [another part of] Parke Newydd, 1569-1661; Tre’r-ddol, 1816-1898; and Tynllwyn Farm and Morfa Trwyn Buarth, etc., 1881-1886. The earlier files record acquisitions by John Pryse and Sir Richard Pryse in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Other names include the families of Jankyn or Jenkin, Phellippe or Phillips of Aberystwyth, Vaughan of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn and Guttyn or Gutto.
