Mainly bonds relating to conveyances (missing) of houses and lands in the townships of Cilcowen and Llanmerewig in the parish of Llanllwchaearn, 1566-1595. The parties include David ap John Richard and Rees ap Moris ap Owen, 1566; Ieuan ap Ednyved and James ap Richard ap John ap M’edd, 1578/9; and Edward ap Mathewe ap Ieuan Goch and Richard ap Thomas to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, for the conveyance of Tuy yn Veilied and lands (named), and further parcels of land in Maes y Merbull, Maes y Dderwen Vawr and Maes Ucha, Errow Yollen, Gweirgloth Vablie, 1595. The file also contains a lease by Edward Pryse of Aberbechan to his brother, Richard, of the rectory of Llanllwchaearn, lately belonging to the dissolved monastery of Llanllugan, and the tithes, 1578.
