Original bundle of deeds and papers relating to the capital messuage called Ty Mawr or Great House Farm (91 a.) and the messuage called William Jenkins's (6 a.), both in the parish of Llys-faen, Glamorgan, purchased in 1776 by John Morgan of Tredegar, esq., from William Richards of Bristol, gent., and others, comprising a lease and release, two lists of signatories, and a covenant to produce deeds dated 1670-1766.
