The New Commonwealth was a voluntary society established to promote international peace through an Equity Tribunal and International Police Force. Founded, and to a great extend funded, by Lord Davies of Llandinam the organisation had it's headquarters at Thorney house in London and published a journal and various books and pamphlets promoting its ideas. Membership was international. The New Commonwealth was wound up in 1954.

The lists of individuals are accompanied by oontact addresses and references to press articles and letters published between in national newspapers between 1935 and 1937. The lists of institutions bear details of their headquarters, conferences, meetings, and prominent officials and members.
