Maent yn cynnwys hanes printiedig capel Seion, y Golch, Chwitffordd, sir y Fflint; gohebiaeth a phapurau'n ymwneud â chysylltiad y rhoddwr â'r mudiad dirwestol yng ngogledd Cymru; gohebiaeth a phapurau'n ymwneud â Chyngor Eglwysi Rhyddion Llanelli,1986-1990; amryw ysgrifau diwinyddol ar fedydd, safonau moesol, proffwydoliaeth etc.; llyfrau nodiadau a phregethau'r Parch. Cornelius Griffiths (1829-1905); a phapurau'n ymwneud â'r Parch. David Rees (1804-85) = Miscellaneous papers, 1880-1991, collected by Rev. W. J. Griffiths, relating mainly to the Independent denomination in Wales. They include a printed history of Seion chapel, y Golch, Whitford, Flintshire; correspondence and papers relating to the donor's involvement with the temperance movement in north Wales; correspondence and papers concerning the Council of Free Churches at Llanelli, 1986-1990; various theological essays on baptism, moral standards, prophecy etc.; notebooks and sermons of Rev. Cornelius Griffiths (1829-1905); and papers relating to Rev. David Rees (1804-85).
