Title deeds for properties in the parishes of Amroth, Crunwear, Hodgeston, Ludchurch, St Issells, Tenby and elsewhere in Pembrokeshire, 1542-1874. The properties include The Hill and Plas Bronielake in Crunwear, Trevane in Tenby, Upper Trelissey in Amroth, and Hopshill, St Issells. Many of the deeds involve Nicholas Lewes (Lewis) of Hean Castle, James Lewes and John Lewes of Coedmor, and Lewis Pryse of Abernantbychan and Woodstock. Other names include the Griffith family of Amroth and Barlow of Slebech. Several of the leases were made to the Barzey family of Tenby, usually reserving rights of coal mining and timber to the estate owners. One file contains deeds and papers proving the title of Pryse Pryse to the advowson of the rectory of Hodgeston, 1657-1729. Other files relate to the founding of New Hedges Church of England School, Tenby, 1852, and a conveyance to the Pembroke and Tenby Railway Company, 1865
