Release to uses of the capital messuage or tenement called Pennant and the pieces or parcels of land thereunto belonging called Dryllie Gwythion, yr Henfron now in three parts divided, Llechglawdd ucha, Llechglawdd issa, Llechglawdd Eithin, Cae yr Mynydd, Cae Cadwen ucha, Cae Cadwen issa, y Gwyrglodd vach, Cwm Mably, Cae Bedw with the lands formerly belonging to Ty yn y Cwm, Cae yr velin, Cae Ty hwnt yr Cwm, the meadow before the dore, keven y clawdd ucha, keven y clawdd issa, Gwirglodd y Pennant, Gwirglodd y Pren Rhwnin, Gwirglodd Maes Pennard y Bryn now called the meadow by Jane Powell's house, the messuage, tenement and lands called yr Hendy, the messuage, tenement and lands called Plaseron, the meese place called kaye Hamon, the piece of land lying in the Gro issa in or near Sarn y Pennant, one acre of ground lying in Maes y Wirglodd, and a parcel of land lying in Wirglodd yr Helig Ganol containing one acre, situate in the township of Trustewellin, parish of Berriew. Attached is a schedule of the debts of William Thomas. Consideration: £531 9s. 6d. constituting the debts of William Thomas, and a yearly pension of £14 14s. to William Thomas during his lifetime.
