- William Sumner of Pollycott in p. Ashendon, Buckinghamshire, gent. 2. Henry Sumner of Donnington, alias Dynton, Buckinghamshire, gent., son and heir apparent of the said William. Settlement concerning the capital m. or mansion house called Llanllier, a water corn grist mill called Melyn Llanllier, and other m's in p. Istrad, co. Card., a m. in p. Dihewid in co. Card., m's in p. Trevilan, also in co. Card., the yearly tolls, profits, etc. of the fairs kept in the town or village of Tallisarne, co. Card., and all other the lands, tmt's, etc. of the said William Sumner in p's Istrad, Dihewid, and Trevilan conveyed to him by William Lloyd, John Jones, and James Lewis; also concerning certain sums of money due to the said William Sumner by bond and statute staple.
