Edward I, consisting of charters, pleas and inquisitions from sources such as Rotuli Parliamentorum ..., 6 vols, (London, [n. d.]) and Foedera conventiones litterae ..., ed. Thomas Rymer, 4 vols (London, 1816-1818), I-II. Many of the items relate to Rhys ap Maredudd, Lord of Dryslwyn, former collaborator with the English Crown, later to be responsible for the revolt of 1287-1288 (see Ralph A. Griffiths, 'The Revolt of Rhys ap Maredudd, 1287-88', in Welsh History Review, 3 (1966), 121-143.
