Her., esq., and John Jones of Lanarth Court, co. Mon., esq., trustees and executors named in the will of William Vaughan and guardians of his son William Vaughan, an infant. 3 [ ], Two of the commissioners appointed to execute the powers and trusts created by the several Acts of Parliament which have been passed for making the land tax perpetual subject to redemption and purchase. 4 William Partridge of [p. Goodrich, co. Her.], esq. Bargain And Sale of a house in p. Monouth from 2 to 4, with the approbriation of 3, to redeem land tax. Consideration £1,200. Recites the recital in no. 1203, that in 1798 Mary Coman married Thomas Webb, and that she had assigned the £800 to James Hardwick and Thomas Weare in trust for her own separate use, that 2 was desirous that the land tax charged on the mortgaged property and other lands of William Vaughan should be redeemed and that the property should be sold for that purpose.
