Devises. (I) to Walter Watkins of Newcastle, p. Llangattock Vibon Avel, gent., William Watkins of Hendre, Robert Watkins of the same, and Walter Pritchard of Tregare, a m. called Lancrevor, parcels of land called Drynas ycha, Drynas Ysha, Cai bach Pant y Canddo, Y Foes and John's meadow, lying between the highway leading from Penyrallt to Bergavenny, and the highway leading from Penyrallt towards Penyvedw, a m. called Cae Pen yr Alling, and four parcels called Cae Pen yr Allin, Cae Pwll, Cae Wygen bach, Cae Wygen vawr, in trust for 100 years to raise £300 for his three daughters, and after the expiration of the term to his son William Watkins. (Ii) a farm purchased from John Adams, m's called Nant Ynyas and 5 closes of land belonging (90 a.), and two parcels of land, to his son William Watkins, all of which premises are situated in p.
