Llyfr Rowland Eames

A commonplace book belonging to Rowland Eames, Penrhyndeudraeth, 1776-1781, and containing notes on arithmetic, accounts, recipes, 'cerddi' and 'carolau', hymns, precedents of legal documents, music, night-school memoranda, a highway account for Llanfrothen, 1790, etc.

Griffiths [or Griffith], R[osser] Beynon ['Asaph Glan Tâf'], J[ohn] Edwards, R. Williams and others; and English and Welsh airs, including 'Beti Brwyn', 'Nos Galan', 'Mentrwch Gwen', 'Codiad yr Ehedydd', 'Pe cawn i hon', 'Difyrrwch Gwŷr Gruffydd ap Cynan', 'Y dyddiau ni ddont yn ôl' and 'Mwynder Merch'.

Y Melyn Brith,

A notebook designated 'Y Melin Brith', containing Unitarian Doxologies by Iolo Morganwg, some Unitarian hymns, and Byron's Hebrew or Jewish hymns, etc. The pages are numbered 1-32 and there is an outline of the contents on the cover. There is also another copy of the Byron hymns, with music and some notes on 'Jewish Sacrifices, and Ritual', etc.
