St Weonard, a m. of or in Hunsome otherwise Huntsham, lately purchased by 1, a m. called Hunsome otherwise Huntsham demesne farm (281 a.), p. Assignment (by Deed Poll), 24 July 1792, of a charge of £4,000, to secure £2185, from John Turner of Fleet Street in the city of London, esq., John Tildew of Battle, co. Sussex, esq., executors of Nathaniel Turner late of Stoke Hall, co. Suff., esq., and which said John Turner is also the surviving executor of the will of William Turner, dec., who was the surviving executor of Whichott Turner, dec. to John Taylor Bourne of Monmouth, gent. with the consent of William Vaughan late of Courtfield, co. Mon., but now of Monmouth, esq., and Demise for 99 years, from John Turner of Fleet Street in the city of London, esq to John Gwin Hughes of the same, gent., in trust of the charged lands specified in no. 1152.
