1 The Right Hon. George Henry, Earl of Lichfield, one of the devisees of the most noble Charles Noel, late Duke of Beaufort, dec., and the Right Hon. Norborne, Lord Botetourt, the other devisee (by Thomas Conway of Beaufort Buildings in the city of Westminster, co. Mddx., esq., by virtue of a letter of attorney to him duly made and executed by Lord Botetourt). 2 The Most Noble Henry, Duke of Beaufort, son and heir of Charles Noel, Duke of Beaufort. 3 Mary Tanner of Monmouth, widow. Lease and Release by 1, with the consent of 2, to 3, of a small parcel of waste ground situate near the lane leading from Whitecross street towards Wyebridge in the town of Monmouth, between the said lane, the lands of the corporation of Monmouth, and the lands of Jane Catchmayd, spinster. Recites that 3 has surrendered to 2 a customary piece of land in p. Mitchell Troy in the manor of Trelleck, co. Mon., and that 3 has already received £15 for the same.
