Papers relating to the life and work of Dr Mary Williams of Swansea and Hampstead, including badges and awards (full and dress versions of her Officier d’Academie and Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur medals); photographs, including three of J. Gwenogvryn Evans, Pwllheli, c. 1910, one of George Arbour Stephens, 1914, and two signed photographs of actress and singer Josie Fearon, 1940; correspondence 1968, 1974-1977, including a letter from Horace Shipp addressed to Jennie Ruggles-Gates, sister of Mary Williams, 1950; chapel certificates for Mary and Jennie Williams, 1898-1899; press cuttings, 1972 and 1977; an undated handwritten essay entitled ‘The Manners and Morals of the Mabinogion’; diaries 1925, 1927, 1931, 1973 and 1976; and her last will and testament, 1974.
