Frederick Woodbridge the younger of Lower East Smithfield, Middlesex, and William Pardoe Clarke of Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Ireland, esq's. Settlement (after the marriage of the first party) of:. (1) The lands and tmt's called Glanyrafonddu, co. Carm., and lands and tmt's devised by No. 15, and :. (2) The lands and tmt's in p. Payarrig [Pencarreg], co. Carm., to which the said Winchester Henry Jones is entitled under No. 16, assignment of sums of £300, £6,322.12.8, £1,000 and £4,219.5.3 3% consolidated bank annuities, appointment of attornies and assignment of a policy of assurance. Endorsed: confirmation, 8 April 1854, of the properties, etc.; certificates, July-Sept. 1855; and memorandum, 18 Dec. 1875, of the assignment by Emily Augusta Jones of her interest in a sum of £9,000. Attached is a memorandum of the entry of the above deed in the books of the Legacy and Succession Duty Office.
