The series comprises the correspondence, 1983-1999, of the movement relating mainly to humanitarian issues such as the 'disappearance' of prisoners and includes letters from politicians.

Papers and letters relating to Christian missions in Wales, 1942-1950, 1974; papers relating to the mission in Blaendulais, 1952; the 'Yr Ymgyrch Newydd yng Nghymru' newsletter, and letters 1949-1951 and correspondence between Erastus Jones and Griff J. Miles, 1948-1951, 1987-1988.

Student notebooks

This series of notebooks contains notes taken by J. R. Jones during his time as a student - there is some evidence to suggest that they were used at a later date to prepare his own lectures.

Account books

The series consists of a volume containing the accounts of The South Wales and Monmouthshire Football Association during the 1892-1893 and 1893-1894 seasons. The accounts contain details of both receipts and expenditure. The volume also contains two newspaper cuttings and a leaflet for the Annual General Meeting of the Association in 1894. After 1894, the accounts of the Association were included in the minute books. A balance sheet was usually presented at the Association's Annual General Meeting.

Undergraduate work

The series comprises notebooks and exercise books relating to Maurice James's BA English course at the University of Wales Aberystwyth, 1934-1938. These contain notes on English literature, French language and literature and medieval & Welsh history. These are written partly in shorthand.

Diaries,

Diaries, 1967-1997, relating mainly to Sir Glanmor Williams's professional duties and academic interests.

Minute books

The series consists of signed minutes and agendas, 1952-1997, of Society meetings, including the Annual General Meetings, relating to dinners, conferences, yearly programmes, the Society's journal, elections of officers and membership, officer's reports, together with some correspondence, programmes, posters and forms.

Correspondence

Letters, 1964-1991, addressed to Donald Coleman. Most of the letters are of political interest, many concerning matters relating to the Labour Party or to Welsh affairs.

Notebooks

The series comprises a volume of notes on art, made while Samuel Maurice Jones was a student in London under William Collingwood, 1870-1873, a volume of notes on various topics, interspersed with notes on art and artists, 1909-1930, and a volume used as a commonplace-book, 1925-1931.
