An incomplete text of 'Colloqum Urine or treatise of urine' by Benjamin Williams, St. Dogmells Mills, co. Pembroke. The text is dated 1846, and the upper cover is lettered in gold 'Ben Williams 1845'.

Llyfr nodiadau, [18 gan., canol], yn cynnwys meddyginiaethau a ryseitiau meddyginiaethol, ynghyd â detholiadau a nodiadau yn bennaf yn ymwneud â phynciau meddygol, iechyd a gwyddoniaeth. Ymddengys fel pe bai'r awdur wedi nodi darganfyddiadau meddygol a wnaed ganddo ef ei hun ar ff. 66 verso-7. = A notebook, [mid-19 cent.], containing remedies and medical recipes, together with notes and extracts mainly on medical topics, general health and science. It appears that the author has noted his own medical discoveries on ff. 66 verso-7.

Miscellaneous medical prescriptions, extracts from a 'Magazin of physick, 1600' and from 'Liber Empiricus', 1700, and a tract entitled 'Of Herbs'.
