O Lanbadarn Fawr Yngharedigion A Ysgrifenwyd o Gwbl, gan Benjamin Simon Bardd a Henefydd O Aber Gwili: Oed Crist MDCCLIV', i.e. Aberdâr MS 2 (NLW MS 5475A), with a few additions and corrections. At the beginning is a 'Mynegair', being an alphabetical index of last syllables of opening lines of the poems. Apart from the additions and corrections, the volume is not in the hand of E. Stanton Roberts.

A photostat facsimile of Balliol MS 353, a commonplace book of Sir John Price (1502?-1555). The manuscript contains genealogical memoranda relating to the family of John Price (Siôn ap Rhys) and his wife, Johan Williamson, notes on Welsh bardic grammar, proverbs, triads, and miscellaneous memoranda; transcripts of Welsh poetry including eulogies of the compiler and of his ancestors. The greater part of the manuscript was written in the seventeenth century; but there are additions and marginal notes to the nineteenth century. There is an index ('Tabl y llyfr') to ff. 1--76, in a seventeenth century hand. Between ff. 4 and 6 are inserted two leaves (pp. 129-30, 135-6) of David Jones (Trefriw) (ed.): Cydymaith Diddan (Caer Lleon [1766]).

A volume of transcripts of Welsh poetry. The first fifty-one folios contain copies, in a 16th-century hand, of 'cywyddau' by Siôn Cent, Iolo Goch, Dafydd ap Gwilym, Madog Benfras, Gruffudd Gryg, Dafyddd ab Edmwnd, Iorwerth Fynglwyd, Tudur Aled, Dafydd Nanmor and others. The remainder of the volume (ff. 52-147) is in several hands of the end of the 17th century. At the head of f. 52 is the following note:- 'Haec sequens Collectio facta fuit Opera P.V.A.M. ...', the initials probably representing the name of Peter Vaughan, M.A., who was vicar of Llangernyw from 1682 to 1689. This part of the manuscript contains the names and arms of the fifteen tribes of Gwynedd; pedigrees of some Abergele families (among them that of Peter Vaughan himself) taken from the books of Sion Tudur and Rhys Cain; an account of the five residences of Sir Roger Mostyn in 1682; poetry in strict and free metres by Sion Tudur, Morus Dwyfech, Richard Phylip, Gryffydd Phylip, Guto'r Glyn, Maredudd ap Rhys, Edmwnd Prys, Lewis Glyn Cothi and others; etc.

A composite volume of collections of Welsh poetry and prose made about 1635. The title is derived from the third section which contains a number of poems to members of the Wynn family of Moelyrch in Llansilin. Amongst the poets represented are Hywel Cilan, Tudur Aled, Rhys Cain, Gruffudd Hiraethog, Sion Cain, Guto'r Glyn, Edmwnd Prys, Lewis Glyn Cothi, Iolo Goch, Cynddelw Brydydd Mawr, Iorwerth Fynglwyd, Taliesin, Dafydd ap Gwilym, Dafydd Nanmor and Wiliam Cynwal. Miscellaneous material in the volume includes a copy of an award relating to Moelyrch, 1540; a fragment of a letter by Charles I; the pedigrees of Oliver Cromwell, Holland and Morris, and Kyffin of Bodfach; a roll of the Caerwys Eisteddfod, 1567; an extract from 'Breuddwyd Rhonabwy'; a list of the sheriffs of Denbighshire from 1541 to 1635, with additions to 1658; a copy of documents relating to the treaty of alliance concluded between Charles VI of France and Owain Glyndŵr; extracts from the epigrams of John Owen; and extracts from scripture.

A manuscript containing poetry by Hywel Swrdwal, Siôn Cent, Iolo Goch, Dafydd ap Gwilym and others, including cywyddau by Dafydd ap Gwilym which are numbered in the text 1-244.
The manuscript is written in the same hand as that in Peniarth MSS 48 and 134 and Llywarch Reynolds MS. The leaves are in good condition. On pp. 565-580 is an index to the authors of the poems compiled by Richard Morris for William Jones, London, 1747.

This manuscript is apparently in the same hand as large portions of the Red Book of Hergest and Peniarth MS 32. The contents, with few exceptions, are manifestly taken from Jesus College MS 2 and Peniarth MS 5. Pp. i-vi belong to the fifteenth century and contain pedigrees (p. i) which are somewhat difficult to decipher; triads (p. ii); and poetry by Dafydd ap Gwilym and Ieuan Dew Brydydd (p. iv-vi).
The twenty folios which are missing between ff. 20b and 21 now form part of Peniarth MS 12, pp. 77-116.
